*Daily Exercise Challenges that will push you to exceed your current expectations. StudioHIIT workouts are designed to maximize your results in as little as 45 minutes per day. Classes are Monday through Thursday 5am - 9am & 5pm - 8pm.

*Progress tracking so you know exactly what your physical, mental and emotional breakthroughs are. No more guessing!

*1:1 Focus meetings, at the gym, with just you and your head trainer. Nutrition, performance, lifestyle or weight loss, our certified personal trainers are equipped and knowledgeable with the tools necessary to help you reach your goals.

*Group workouts with like minded individuals who are there with you to inspire, support, and cheer you on not only through every sweat dripping workout, but also through life's ups and downs. The relationships you build at StudioHIIT are irreplaceable.

Bungee 1

Beginner Bungee is for all fitness levels. Whether this is your first time in the gym or you're a regular, this beginner class will get you familiar with the equipment and the functional moves. This is Bungee Level 1 and prepares you for our routine based Bungee Levels 2 and 3. It is highly encouraged that you take a beginner course before progressing. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Beginner Bungee Class is 350lbs.

Bungee 2

After attending a beginners class you're ready for all the super hero fun. The goal of this class is to build upon your beginner training utilizing the equipment to gain more range of motion, deeper functional moves, and even more fun. Bungee 2 is a routine based training class that optimizes every muscle group with both strength and cardio moves to the max without the risk of high impact or injury. You will be participating with other bungee graduates. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Bungee Fit 30 Class is 300lbs

Bungee III Advanced

All the benefits of strength training with the cardio fun you expect in dance. Bungee 3 is a routine based class with moves set to music. You'll perform body weight strength training movies at max repetition to give you a body sculpting workout in just 30 minutes. You will be participating with other bungee graduates. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for the Bungee 3 Class is 300lbs

Using a 4" step you'll be dancing, moving and shaking to the hottest songs of both young and old. Cardio step gives you an excellent total-body workout good for burning fat, building muscle and improving your fitness.
