FEBRUARY FEATURE CLASS: General Self Defense

Our General Self-Defense class is based on scientific principles and your natural senses. You will learn how to defend against chokes and grabs as well as weapons such as guns and knives. We'll also teach you how to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter, the psychology of the fight, and how to defend yourself from an attacker.
