Studio HIIT offers classes for every fitness level, and each class has a participation cap so you can get the individual attention you need. No more over crowded and shared equipment. You can schedule any class with confidence knowing that you'll receive the instruction, modification or intensity that you deserve.

Beginner Bungee is for all fitness levels. Whether this is your first time in the gym or you're a regular, this beginner class will get you familiar with the equipment and the functional moves. This is Bungee Level 1 and prepares you for our routine based Bungee Levels 2 and 3. It is highly encouraged that you take a beginner course before progressing. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Beginner Bungee Class is 350lbs.

After attending a beginners class you're ready for all the super hero fun. The goal of this class is to build upon your beginner training utilizing the equipment to gain more range of motion, deeper functional moves, and even more fun. Bungee 2 is a routine based training class that optimizes every muscle group with both strength and cardio moves to the max without the risk of high impact or injury. You will be participating with other bungee graduates. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Bungee Fit 30 Class is 350lbs.
Spin is challenging, fun and one of the best ways to improve your cardiovascular fitness while burning a ton of calories. Spin is ideal for ALL fitness levels whether you are new to exercise or an experienced Studio HIIT junkie. At Studio HIIT spin you are in complete control at all times using your bikes resistance dial, and our experienced instructors are there to help you along the way. You’ll love your Studio HIIT spin experience. Morning, Evening, and Weekend classes available.

Turbo Kick Live
Each Turbo Kick LIVE class is packed with real kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and bodyweight exercises. You'll leave every class dripping sweat—and ready to conquer anything! Total-Body Cardio: Sculpt your upper and lower body and burn major calories with rhythmic boxing and kickboxing combinations.
This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. This class utilizes cardio kickboxing bags and will require gloves. You can bring your own or purchase a set from us. We offer both 60 minute and 30 minute classes.
