Studio HIIT offers classes for every fitness level, and each class has a participation cap so you can get the individual attention you need. No more over crowded and shared equipment. You can schedule any class with confidence knowing that you'll receive the instruction, modification or intensity that you deserve.

Using a 4" step you'll be dancing, moving and shaking to the hottest songs of both young and old. Cardio step gives you an excellent total-body workout good for burning fat, building muscle and improving your fitness. Beginner Bungee is for all fitness levels. Whether this is your first time in the gym or you're a regular, this beginner class will get you familiar with the equipment and the functional moves. This is Bungee Level 1 and prepares you for our routine based Bungee Levels 2 and 3. It is highly encouraged that you take a beginner course before progressing. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Beginner Bungee Class is 350lbs.

After attending a beginners class you're ready for all the super hero fun. The goal of this class is to build upon your beginner training utilizing the equipment to gain more range of motion, deeper functional moves, and even more fun. Bungee 2 is a routine based training class that optimizes every muscle group with both strength and cardio moves to the max without the risk of high impact or injury. You will be participating with other bungee graduates. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Bungee Fit 30 Class is 350lbs

Bungee 3 is our advanced training class. that incorporates the use of kettle bells, weight bars, isometric holds, and advanced bungee resistance moves to get the results you're looking for. You'll be able to lift with a larger range of motion, deeper functional compound movement, and even more fun. Advanced bungee is a great addition to your workout routine and should NOT be done everyday. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Bungee III Class is 250lbs.

Bungee Dance

Bungee Dance is a routine led class and is available for all fitness levels. You must have a completed beginner class before attending Bungee Dance. The goal of this class is to build upon your beginner training utilizing the equipment to gain more range of motion, deeper functional moves, and even more fun. You'll be working with your instructor doing bigger jumps and arial moves set to today's hottest music. Weight capacity for Bungee Dance is 225lbs.

A workout that incorporates your abs, butt, legs and arms! This is essential for women to gain maximum results in the areas that you want to sculpt. Building strong and shapely legs, abs, arms and butt muscles will not only make increase your strength and your endurance in the gym, but you’ll feel more confident in your everyday activities.

This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. This class utilizes cardio kickboxing bags and will require gloves. You can bring your own or purchase a set from us. We offer both 60 minute and 30 minute classes.
