Kangoo Power is an explosive, highly motivating program, specifically designed to challenge the whole body by building muscular strength and cardio-respiratory endurance simultaneously. Each movement is designed to focus on core stability, ensuring a balanced workout that will challenge even the fittest. The rebound shoes generate a trampoline-like feeling of weightlessness that not only increases the Fun-Effect, but more importantly decreases joint stress and are provided. Weight Capacity is 300lbs. The bottom line is, stepping up and down off of a raised platform burns calories. In fact, it burns a lot of calories. Up to 500 in just a 30 minute workout! Cardio Step is for all fitness levels and can be modified for beginners and expert step-ers.

The goal of this class is to build upon your training utilizing the equipment to gain more range of motion, deeper functional moves, and even more fun. Bungee is a routine based training class that optimizes every muscle group with both strength and cardio moves to the max without the risk of high impact or injury. You will be participating with other bungee graduates. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Bungee Class is 250lbs
