Classes can be purchased by the single session or in packaged deals. Class packages are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise noted.
Single group fitness classes are $10 each
Single bungee classes are $20 each.

Shake up your usual weeknight couch-wine-reality TV routine and share a whole new experience. Our partner drills are exercises that two people do together using each other as resistance and support, as well as fight to win the title of best couple in class. Talk about a relationship builder!

StudioHIIT45 combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts means you'll never do the same workout twice. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. All in just 45 minutes!
Small group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial requirement. Small group training sessions are personalized workouts in a team setting of no more than four people. Team workouts supply the support and motivation you need to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
Beginner Bungee is for all fitness levels. Whether this is your first time in the gym or you're a regular, this beginner class will get you familiar with the equipment and the functional moves. This is Bungee Level 1 and prepares you for our routine based Bungee Levels 2 and 3. It is highly encouraged that you take a beginner course before progressing. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Beginner Bungee Class is 300lbs.
After attending a beginners class you're ready for all the super hero fun. The goal of this class is to build upon your beginner training utilizing the equipment to gain more range of motion, deeper functional moves, and even more fun. Bungee 2 is a routine based training class that optimizes every muscle group with both strength and cardio moves to the max without the risk of high impact or injury. You will be participating with other bungee graduates. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for Bungee Fit 30 Class is 300lbs.
All the benefits of strength training with the cardio fun you expect in dance. Bungee 3 is a routine based class with moves set to music. You'll perform body weight strength training movies at max repetition to give you a body sculpting workout in just 30 minutes. You will be participating with other bungee graduates. Equipment is limited in this class so we do not offer walk ins. Weight capacity for the Bungee 3 Class is 250lbs.
